Add pipeline tag and library name, improve description

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata, making the model more easily discoverable. It also improves the model description for clarity. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-text because the model takes an image as input and provides a textual description/scoring as output. A link to the Github repository has been added.
