How can you give users a very short notice, and there's no any way they can export their data and chats. That looks unreasonable.
Kindly restore the export function to allow week export our chats and data.

i think it is necessary to be able to retrieve data, for the amount of people who either lost possible work related data, or just built something all their own, and can't even get it back. This is kind of a low blow.

Please restore export access. I had work present there prior to vacation. Why this wasn't automated is insane to me. Seriously destroys faith in the professionalism of this company and it's services...
