Hello, newbie here.
I have created 3 agents for an eLEarning experience.
Then I embedded them as a WEB OBJECT in a Storyline file (learning development tool) and some weeks ago it was working perfectly.
But now, when I try to play with the agents, the main page of the agent is loaded but when I start to chat I get error 403.
I'm not very knowledgeable at this so any help would be appreciated.
