when i installed this needed to fill those from the website : https://account.finegrain.ai/api-keys i could only get the api_key and api_name

You do not need API_URL, leave it set to None it will use the default.
As for API_USER and API_PASSWORD this space is set up to use a user account directly so you can use your Finegrain login email and password.
If you prefer to use an API key, which is a good idea, it should work if you change this:
