aiqcamp/facefusion3 · Can't make it work, I always get an error message

Hello, I've tried different settings with different source image and target video and I always get an error message like ''[FACEFUSION.FACE_SWAPPER] No source face detected!'' or ''[FACEFUSION.CORE] Merging video failed''. I'm using the default settings and I still can't make it work. I'm using the same settings as those that I'm using on the application installed on my computer and nothing is working. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong please, I would really love to use FaceFusion here because it's way faster than on my computer. Thanks so much!
