My Candidate ATS (Application Tracking System)
The My Candidate ATS feature in the MyCareers Portal is designed to help recruiters track candidates they personally uploaded. It provides visibility into active and rejected candidate pipelines related to specific job openings.

🔹 How It Works:
Accessing ATS:

From the Dashboard, click on My Candidate ATS.

You’ll see two options:

🔵 Active Candidate Tracking System

🔴 Rejected Candidate Tracking System

Active Candidate Tracking System:

View all candidates who are currently active in the recruitment pipeline.

Details shown include:

Job name and client

Account manager handling the role

Number of openings and forecast

Candidate status stages:

Client Review

Interview in Progress

Offer in Progress

Candidate Hired

Candidate Rejected

You can also click on candidate names to view their History Road Map, which displays a visual timeline of actions such as:

Interview scheduled

Review completed

Approved/Rejected

Rejected Candidate Tracking System:

Shows only the candidates who have been rejected from either active or inactive jobs.

Includes job, client, account manager, and rejection record.

What "My" Means:

“My Candidate ATS” displays only the candidate data uploaded or managed by you as the logged-in user.

You won’t see other team members' records here.
