NASA and IBM joined forces to create the Surya Heliophysics Foundational Model, a powerful AI model trained on 14 years of observations from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO).

The Surya Heliophysics Foundational Model would not have been possible to develop without exceptional collaborators. This includes NASA’s Heliophysics Division and the National Science Foundation's National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource (NAIRR).
