model request request

Hi someone ordered a model quantization through this platform of my model and I would like to know who it was :) How can I find that information? It is not in the discussion.

Maybe as a first step you should tell us the source of your information?

I see no evidence that anybody ordered these. Anyway, why would it matter?

Is there another way how they could appear as quantized by mradermacher?

It's kinda complicated, but long story short those models are built for a competition and the model names were supposed to be private (not the models themselves those are competition propositions) but now I'm worried that it somehow leaked and I was overtaken on the leaderboard :/ So me and competition organizers are trying to investigate why this quantization job was triggered on many of my models.

It could be that mradermacher queued them without anyone requesting them. We do that for models we either personally like or newly released models we believe have a high possibility of getting popular. I really have no clue why mradermacher thought those models deserve this special treatment but given that those models where all quantized within 24 hours of their release and only static but no wighted/imatrix quants where generated that seams the most likely possibility. Maybe he liked the titles. For user requested models we almost always do booth static and wighted/imatrix quants.

Given the amount of downloads the quants of your models already got this would have been the right decision as your models somehow got quite popular despite the basicaly non-existing model card:

wilecoyote-v1-GGUF: 270 downloads
zombies-n-gorillas-v1-GGUF: 221 downloads
zombies-n-gorillas-v2-GGUF: 245 downloads

What I can tell you based on the logs is when they got queued and what worker (in this case marco and leia) processed them:

Fri 14 Feb 2025 15:40:08 CET marco wilecoyote-v1 15G ./wilecoyote-v1
Tue 25 Feb 2025 19:50:04 CET leia zombies-n-gorillas-v1 15G ./zombies-n-gorillas-v1
Tue 25 Feb 2025 20:08:08 CET leia zombies-n-gorillas-v2 15G ./zombies-n-gorillas-v2

Next time consider releasing them as gated models so you can control who can access them until the competition is over. There is no way you can otherwise know who downloaded your models.
