Question about model files

Hi, I tried using this model with the transformers library from Hugging Face, but I encountered the following error:
OSError: juanjucm/whisper-large-v3-turbo-OpenSLR-GL does not appear to have a file named preprocessor_config.json.
After checking the available files, I noticed that preprocessor_config.json is missing.
Could you confirm whether the model is complete or if it requires a different loading approach?
