# DDS AI Project Assistant

A Generative AI project assistant powered by OpenAI GPT.

## Setup Instructions

### Local Development
1. Clone the repository
2. Create a `.env` file with your OpenAI API key:
   ```
   OPENAI_API_KEY=your-api-key-here
   ```
3. Install dependencies:
   ```
   pip install -r requirements.txt
   ```
4. Run the app:
   ```
   python app.py
   ```

### Hugging Face Spaces Deployment
1. Create a new Space on Hugging Face
2. Choose "Gradio" as the SDK
3. Add your OpenAI API key as a secret:
   - Go to Settings > Repository Secrets
   - Add `OPENAI_API_KEY` with your API key
4. Upload the following files:
   - app_hf.py (rename to app.py in Spaces)
   - ai_wrapper.py
   - requirements.txt
