[Ludi] ("Allen Pindel") retains full ownership of the bot software, including all code, assets, and related intellectual property (collectively referred to as "the Bot").
    This license grants the user (the "Allen Pindel") the right to use, distribute, and contribute to the Bot under the conditions specified in this agreement.

2. License Grant

    The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use, share, and contribute to the Bot, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
    Licensee may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the Bot or any modified version of the Bot for any monetary gain. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from the Licensor.

3. Modification and Contribution

    Modifications: Licensee may propose modifications or improvements to the Bot but must first obtain written approval from the Licensor before making any changes public or merging them into the Bot.
    The Licensor reserves the right to review and approve or deny any proposed modifications, regardless of the content of the change.
    Modifications or contributions must not violate any part of this license and must be submitted via a process defined by the Licensor.

4. Commercial Use

    The Licensor retains the exclusive right to sell the Bot or any commercial version of the Bot. Licensee cannot sell, license, or profit from the Bot, nor create derivative works for commercial purposes, without prior written permission from the Licensor.
    If Licensee wishes to distribute or use the Bot for commercial purposes (beyond non-monetary recognition), they must first request and receive written approval from the Licensor.

5. Attribution

    Licensee must provide appropriate attribution when using, distributing, or modifying the Bot. This includes crediting the Licensor as the creator and clearly indicating any modifications that were made.
    No monetary compensation is provided for contributions or recognition in the project; only proper credit for the contributions.

6. Distribution

    The Bot and any modifications (approved by the Licensor) may be distributed, but all copies must include this license and full attribution to the original creator (Licensor).
    Licensee may distribute the Bot in open-source repositories, but all distributions must comply with the terms of this license.

7. No Warranty

    The Bot is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. The Licensor does not take responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the Bot's use.

8. Termination

    This license may be terminated at any time if the Licensee violates any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately stop using and distributing the Bot and remove all copies of the Bot from any platforms.

9. Commercialization of Bot

    The Licensor retains the sole right to commercialize the Bot and may choose to license it for commercial distribution or sale. Any commercial licensing rights granted to the Licensee must be done through separate agreements and with explicit written permission.

How This License Works:

    For You (Allen Pindel):
        You control the commercial rights, so you can sell the bot or license it commercially.
        You can approve or deny modifications, ensuring the integrity of your bot is maintained.
        You retain the right to make money from the bot while giving others non-commercial recognition.
    For Others (Licensees):
        They can use the bot, share it, and contribute to it, but they can’t sell or modify it without your consent.
        They must give you proper attribution for any contributions, and they can’t profit from it.
        If they want to contribute or modify, you must review their changes before they are accepted.
