The affected party shall promptly notify the other party of the Force Majeure Event in writing, providing detailed documentation of the event and its anticipated impact, and shall use commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to mitigate the effects of such event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. The Forecast Review Committee (if established) shall convene to assess the impact of Force Majeure Events and collaboratively adjust Transaction Schedules and Tolerance Bands as necessary.
